WELLNESS MOVEMENT CLASSES

This class will focus on strength, mobility, and balance. Utilizing the beat of varied musical genres, we will move our bodies in quick and slow movements that will help strengthen your muscles, gain ease in your mobility, and balance your whole body.

A weekly song playlist will be available via Spotify, which will provide a preview of what to expect in class. The focus is to have fun and create ease in our bodies, so that movement is a joyful experience.

For classes: props and chairs will be provided if needed, or you may bring your own portable chair.
